Instruction Manual

The conﬁg tool is designed to perform multiple actions from one com-

mand if need be, so if necessary options can be chained together.

Options

Administration Conﬁguration

System Settings

You can conﬁgure the system settings to the following values (denoted in

bolded text) using the corresponding commands from the command lines

(denoted by italicized text):

System Name og.mydomain.com

#/bin/cong–-set=cong.system.name=og.mydomain.com

System Password (root account) secret

#/bin/cong–-set=cong.system.password=secret

System SMTP Server 192.168.0.124

#/bin/cong–-set=cong.system.smtp.server=192.168.0.124

System SMTP Sender [email protected]

#/bin/cong–-set=cong.system.smtp[email protected]

The following command will synchronize the live system with the new

conﬁguration.

#/bin/cong–-run=systemsettings

Authentication Conﬁguration

You can conﬁgure the system remote authentication with the following

settings (denoted in bolded text):

Remote Authentication Method: LDAP

#/bin/cong–-set=cong.auth.type=LDAP

 Server IP Address: 192.168.0.32

#/bin/cong–-set=cong.auth.server=192.168.0.32

Server Password: Secret

#/bin/cong–-set=cong.auth.password=Secret
